Burger Club opened in 2021 from the team behind Il Vivo. We do one thing and we do it loud.

Handmade brioche buns from Il Vivo's Kitchen Lab — with a secret ingredient the owners still won't share.
Buttery and light, each bun is toasted on the flat-top so it holds the juices without falling apart.
Our blend is two cuts — picanha (rump cap) and beef chuck (aguja de ternera). We select the fat individually for every burger.
Every burger comes as a double (200g) or triple (300g) patty — pick your hunger level.
Crispy-edged smash patties on artisan bread, with house-made sauces and bold toppings.
From truffle mayo to chimichurri, every sauce is made in our kitchen — never store-bought.
